Marion Anderson
Marion is an accomplished People executive and HR strategist who forms powerful partnerships with companies to achieve their growth objectives, foster a thriving company culture, and establish successful remote/hybrid work strategies. She has expertise in the 'start up scale up' space and has also successfully led people functions for major corporations such as Apple and IKEA and across three continents.
Marion is certified as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds a Masters in International Human Resource Management and is currently finalizing her Ph.D., researching the intersection of remote and hybrid working and employee psychological safety. An expert in this new area of organizational knowledge and has contributed to writing on the future of work.
