Greer Procich is a people-first leader with roots in hospitality and tech, known for building talent systems that are as equitable as they are effective. She currently serves as Head of Delivery at Sproutwise, where she helps organizations design feedback and performance strategies that drive clarity, autonomy, and real growth. Greer also leads the Performance Innovation Collective, a community dedicated to rethinking outdated models of performance management. From that work she founded Rethink Ability—an initiative focused on disability visibility and pushing organizations to take meaningful action around accessibility and inclusion in how they assess, support, and develop talent.
