Lia Seth has nearly a decade of experience in HR, and focuses her work on making the employee experience accessible and inclusive. She currently works as Director of People at Cylinder, a digital health company that supports digestive and gut health. Lia is a Lifetime Girl Scout, former pub trivia host, and outspoken disability advocate and self-proclaimed Accessibility Queen. She lives in Seattle and loves to look at mountains.
